Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Adymus for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not proceed with an engagement.

2. Services

Adymus provides AI visibility audits and optional ongoing optimisation retainers for business websites. Each engagement is scoped individually. Pricing and deliverables are agreed before work begins.

3. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is agreed in writing before work commences. All prices are in USD.

Payment is processed via Stripe. One-time audit fees are due upon engagement. Retainer fees are billed monthly at the start of each billing period.

4. Deliverables

For each audit engagement, deliverables include: a full audit report, a plain-English walkthrough call, a prioritised list of fixes, and implementation of the agreed highest-impact changes. Exact scope is confirmed at the start of each engagement.

5. Refunds and Cancellation

We do not provide refunds for completed work. If work has not yet commenced, contact us within 48 hours of payment and we will arrange a refund.

Ongoing retainers may be cancelled at any time. Service continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal purpose
  • Misrepresent your business or website to us
  • Resell or redistribute our deliverables without authorisation

7. Intellectual Property

Our audit methodology, tools, and processes are owned by Adymus. You retain ownership of your website content and any materials you provide to us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI visibility is a new and evolving field. We cannot guarantee specific rankings, citation rates, or traffic outcomes. We will be explicit with you about what we can measure, what we are improving, and what nobody can guarantee.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adymus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued engagement with our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
