By accessing or using Adymus AI Visibility Checker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Adymus AI Visibility Checker is a web application that analyzes websites for visibility in AI-powered search engines. The service provides analysis, recommendations, and tools to help improve how AI systems perceive and cite your content.
3. Subscription and Billing
Pricing: The Pro plan is available at $49/month or $499/year. All prices are in USD.
Payment: We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.
Free Trial: Trial users receive 3 free analyses over 3 days, no credit card required. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.
Refunds: We do not provide refunds for any reason, including unused accounts, forgotten cancellations before renewal, or account inactivity.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
4. Data Security
Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256-GCM) for sensitive data. Any API keys or credentials you provide are encrypted and never shared with third parties.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond normal usage
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by Adymus and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit for analysis.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analysis results will achieve specific outcomes for your AI visibility.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adymus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
